- The names of your employee will be asked on creating new user accounts.
- The online employee time tracking system will record the entered time-sheet-data and projekt-data.
- Your data (e.g. the company address) are used for accounting purposes.
- Your working time data will be used only in the context of the online time tracking application.
- All your records are private, for your use and viewing only.
- Of course we will never sell, rent or share any information with any third parties.
- We have taken measures to ensure that the regulations concerning privacy are observed.
Personal data
Personal data are information which can be used to find out your identity.
This includes information like your real name, adress, postal adress, and phone number.
It does not include information which can not be directly linked to your real identity.
You may generally use our online service without revealing your identity.
If you register for Goodtime Online Employee Time Tracking,
we will ask you to give your name and other personal information.
So your working-time data and project-time data are personal data also
and are subject to special data protection regulations.
We store your data on especially protected servers.
Access to your data is limited to a small number of specifically authorized individuals
who are in charge of the technical, commercial, or editorial management of the servers.
In conjunction with your access, data will be stored on our servers for backup purposes
which may enable an identification, e. g. IP adress, date, time, and visited pages.
An individual-related utilization of this data will not take place.
We reserve the right to statistical evaluation of data after making them anonymous.
Forwarding of personal data to third parties

We use your personal information solely inside of the Goodtime Online Time Tracking System. We are not forwarding them to third parties without your explicit consent. In the case that data are forwarded to service providers in the context of commissioned data processing, they are subject to the Data Protection Act, other legal provisions, and, contractually, the privacy policy of Goodtime Online Time Tracking. As far as we are bound by law or court order to forward your data to entities which are entitled to receive this information, we will do so.
Right to revocation
In case you left personal data to us, you may delete them at any time. Data used for accounting purposes are not subject to denouncement respectively deletion. Please contact the support if you want to delete your data.
Cookies
We utilize cookies (small files containing configuration information). Cookies help to determine the usage frequency and the number of users of our web site. We do not capture personal data by cookies. They help to improve the operation of Goodtime Online Time Tracking and implement user functions. Our services can also be used without cookies. Children
Individuals below the age of 18 years should not convey personal data to us without consent of their parents or legal guardian.

Privacy policy StatCounter: The homepage of Goodtime uses StatCounter to analyse the use of the homepage. StatCounter is not used for the time tracking system. StatCounter generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers. The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website. StatCounter will store this information.
